We support transactions in the following currencies: GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, and EUR.
Revise or Cancel Orders:
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
However, please understand that our order system is designed to process production and shipping efficiently. Even if you contact us immediately, we cannot guarantee the order hasn't entered production or shipping.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Note: For orders that have already been produced or shipped, please refer to our return policy.
We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1β2 business days (including handling and packaging time).
Customized products require longer processing due to personalization (please refer to the specific timeline on each product page).
Once shipped, depending on the shipping method selected, standard shipping usually takes 5β8 business days.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

We recommend cleaning your jewelry with warm water and mild soap.
Gently brush the jewelry using a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water. For stubborn dirt, soak the item in warm soapy water for 10 minutes before brushing and rinsing.
For added shine, use a silver polishing cloth with cleaning solution.
Reminder: Do NOT expose your jewelry to chemicals!
Silver jewelry is oxidized for detailed effects; exposure to harsh chemicals may alter its appearance. This includes, but is not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot springs, and saunas.
Oxidized silver and pearls are especially delicate and require extra care.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of arising, both parties agree to submit the matter to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration, in accordance with its rules effective at the time. The arbitral decision will be final and binding on both parties.
For U.S. customers, disputes will be governed and resolved under United States jurisdiction, with the arbitral award being final and binding.
You may not use our services or accept the Terms of Use if:

(b) You are prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of your country or region.
