How long does it take to receive my product?
Our custom products typically take 2–5 business days to be handcrafted and shipped. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Continental U.S.: Approximately 6–9 business days

Canada and 35+ other countries/regions: Approximately 3–12 business days, depending on your location

Please note: production and shipping times may vary during holidays.

When will my order ship after I place it?
After payment, we typically take 2–5 business days to complete the customization and prepare your order for shipment. The actual shipping time will depend on the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, and over 35 other countries/regions. You can check the available destinations during checkout.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your order.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $65. You may also choose from the following shipping options during checkout:

🚫 We currently do not offer overnight (Next-Day) shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
