90 DAYS Return/Exchange Policy
We support a 90-day return and exchange service. If you purchase a warranty, you can extend this period to 180 days.

Return & Exchange Service Procedure
STEP 1
Contact customer service and request return details.

STEP 2
You will receive an email notification once your request is approved.

STEP 3
The customer packs and sends the return package.

STEP 4
Receive a refund or replacement after we receive the returned product(s).

FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy
The following reasons are covered by our 90-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:
(We will cover the return shipping fees and replacement costs.)

1.The customization information of the product is incorrect or there is a customization error;

2.We sent the wrong item(s), the item(s) arrived broken, or the product quality is poor/defective;

3.Blurry photo rendering or unclear engraving/text;

4.Wrong or mismatched size.

NO RETURN & EXCHANGE
The following reasons are not covered by our 90-day return policy. We are not liable for these situations:

1.Products that exceed the return processing time limit (90 days after the order is delivered);

2.Non-quality-related issues for personalized/customized products;

3.Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance;

4.Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, or damaged due to customer handling. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for personal items such as underwear, swimwear, or socks;

5.Choosing the wrong size when placing the order;

6.Personal reasons such as change of mind or personal taste;

7.Partial return or exchange of individual items from a set is not accepted.

Return & Exchange Precautions
1.Items being returned must be new and unworn and kept in the original condition as received;

2.Used coupon codes will not be restored after a return;

3.For personalized/customized products, if you request to cancel the order, change the product, or modify the personalization, you will need to pay 30% of the product price as a customization fee.
(Note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify, the customization fee will still apply because the product enters production right after the order is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.)

4.The return must use the original packaging, and the packaging must remain intact;
